Common questions about pricing

Do you do the actual building or construction?

No — I'm a designer and consultant only. I create the full design package your contractor needs to build your outdoor kitchen. I'm not involved in the physical construction at all.

How does the consultation work?

I'll connect with you by video call or phone, walk through your space, discuss your layout ideas, appliance preferences, materials, and cooking style — then get to work on your design.

What software do you use for designs?

All designs are created in SketchUp. You'll receive plan views, elevation views, perspective renderings, and full dimensional specs — everything a builder needs to execute the project.

Are your designs architectural?

No — I am not an architect, and my designs are conceptual only. Your builder or project manager should review and verify every detail before construction. I create each plan to be as accurate as possible, with thoughtful consideration for build materials, appliance specifications, and clearances, making it a valuable guideline for both builders and homeowners.
