About me

Experience and Background

My father built his first outdoor kitchen when I was around 16 years old. I can recall the joy of being outside, sitting at the tiki bar top, the smell of chicken cooking on the grill, hanging out with friends and family, drinking sodas and enjoying delicious food. Of course, this was long before I would work in the “outdoor living” industry.

I worked multiple retail, sales environments in my younger years which helped me develop strong communication and people skills while learning to be accountable and navigate stressful and fast paced environments.

Fast forward 10+ years later, my father started his first business in “Affordable Outdoor Kitchens” where I currently work as lead designer and one of the sales managers along with my brother. We have been in business for over 15 years, and I have been working there for about 10+.

I love working with people directly on their outdoor design projects. Every situation is unique, and every client requires time and attention to figure out what will work best for their specific needs and I find joy in helping them discover what that is and bringing their vision to life.
